Board Members
Monica
Monica currently holds the position of treasurer on the HOA Board, having previously
served as president. She is a native Dallasite and has been a resident of Chaucer
Estates since 2003. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Monica actively
supports her husband, Mike, in managing their swim school in Flower Mound. Her
interests extend to traveling, staying active through exercise, and actively participating
in community initiatives.
Theodore
Theodore demonstrates his commitment to the Chaucer Estates community through his
two-year tenure as president of the HOA Board, following a prior role as vice president.
Having relocated to Chaucer Estates in 2012, he brings both longevity and a deep
understanding of the neighborhood's needs to his leadership position. Beyond his
volunteer work with the HOA, Theodore finds enjoyment in woodworking, 3D printing,
and creative projects.
Div
Div serves as the current vice president of the Chaucer Estates HOA Board, a position he
has held for three years. Div relocated to Chaucer Estates in 2017 from Cleveland, Ohio.
In addition to his duties on the HOA Board, Div takes on the responsibility of managing
landscape and pond maintenance for our neighborhood. Outside of his HOA
involvement, Div finds relaxation and enjoyment in golfing and traveling.
Tiffany
Tiffany assumes her role as secretary on the HOA Board for the first time this year.
Having relocated from Charlotte, North Carolina to Chaucer Estates in 2020, she is
eager to contribute to her new community. Building meaningful connections is a priority
for Tiffany, which is evident in her dedication to spending quality time with both her
family and friends. In addition to her social pursuits, she maintains her physical
well-being by regularly practicing Pilates.
